[ There aren't many people out on the streets, if at all. It's very empty compared to what Bianca is used to back in Unova, where the cities are bustling with people going about their own business. Not only is this a foreign city of little to note other than its emptiness (and a ship), Bianca can hardly stand how eerie the place is.
Whoever's heard of a place for people without the people, anyway?
So of course she's going to do something about it. Namely, get out hergraffiti art tools and start filling in the empty streets with faces of people whom she's met on her job.
All in all, she's painting the streets, quite literally, to fill up the space which people are failling to do. Tell her off? Watch from afar? Or join in? There are plenty of cans to go around, after all. ]
