[Anyone and anymon with a sense of smell may notice a rather nice one coming from the direction of the Pokemon Center, or maybe they'll see the small crowd first...

It looks like someone got permission to put a long table full of food out in front of the center. It's got berry pies, berry cakes, berry juice, and even a few rare candies. Anyone who doesn't like berries is out of luck, but there's all kinds of treats for those who do. A card placed on the table says it's all free to be taken, and a young man with pink hair will be helping any younger kids or shorter 'mons get what they want.

A little group of people has gathered around to eat standing up or sitting in the Center's lobby. Come get a snack? And maybe introduce yourself to the other (unfortunate) people here?]

Archeops keeps as far away as he can from everything, sitting near the edge of the center and looking extremely agitated. Pokemon Centers are familiar, but he's freakin' by himself THIS IS 100% AWFUL

Still, Trainer wouldn't want him to make a mess, so he'll just... ...sit here, twitching his tail and distractedly rearranging his wings... trying not to flip his shit....]

[REALLY FUCKING COOL, THAT'S WHAT IT IS.

...if you were to ask "Trainer", who thinks this is all quite a grand adventure. She's suddenly been magically transported to a real, live ghost town! Too bad it's modern, but oh well. Still neat. It is kind of lonely, though, since she only had a single pokeball on her when she arrived and Sigilyph is not very good company. So the sound of talking, more than the smell of food, lures her over to the Center.

[Oh good, it is him!! Touko glances around, but it doesn't seem like any of the others are here. Just a bunch of strangers and a few sort of familiar faces... she runs on over to where Archy is.]

[That's. A very good question. Unfortunately, she doesn't know the answer, so she just shruuuuugs. Maybe someone here can tell them. But first things first: are you okay, fossilmon? Come here and submit to some poking and preening while she checks you over.]

[Bah... well, it's okay, because it's Trainer doing the preening. His tail swicthes back and forth, but he doesn't resist, crouching so Touko can check him over better.]

[...well, that's good, then. Touko straightens a few feathers out. And then the bird abruptly gets a little hug, because he so conveniently crouched down and because she is happy to see him. But she'll let go quick enough.

OKAY. People other than herself have been found! Archy is in one piece and does not appear to have mauled anyone in her absence! TIME TO...

He'll trail along behind her, taking interest in the food for the first time now that he's not preoccupied with BEING LOST.

[She'll lead the way!! As usual. Hmm. There is card saying it's free, and no one else around seems to be suffering from any ill-effects after eating...

Touko collects a few treats on a plate, and pinches off a bit to try thoughtfully.

Apparently, they passed whatever test she was putting them through, because she then turns right around to offer Archy the plate. HERE, TASTE THIS.]

[Abuh? Well-- okay. Whatever you hand to him is cool. Archy will go ahead dutifully hold the plate for her, taking one of the treats. He inspects it suspiciously at first, but... if Trainer tried it, then it should be fine, right?

...It's pretty damn sugary. [Hmm. Not bad though.]

While Touko is cheery, Archeops is still pretty sulky. PokeCenters are familiar, but he really didn't like showing up outta nowhere... FEH. >T these dry berries better make it better.]

Where's everyone else? [Except Sigilyph, he doesn't care about Sigilyph. ...N-NOT THAT HE REALLY... CARE ABOUT ANYONE ELSE EITHER.... H-HMPH]

[It's a bit worrysome that Archeops was off on his own, actually. She just assumed that she had only been sent here with Sigilyph, but if everyone else is all off separated from each other, too...

...the poor city. Oh, well. At least she found the most dangerous one first, so even if everyone is scattered around, there shouldn't be any major casualties. And maybe it'll even be a good training experience for everyone!]

Finding Archy first was definitely a good thing, though. He would do his best to follow what Trainer has taught him while alone, but who knows how long that would actually last....]

Feh. [He lashes his tail in agitated irritation, nearly upending the table.] Means we'll have to fucking search the place...

She nods, but doesn't seem to share his irritation. That just means they get to explore the area! Which she was going to do anyway, but now it's like a treasure hunt.]

Touko stuffs some spicy snacks (wrapped up in napkins from the table) into her bag and checks to make sure Sigilyph's plate doesn't have too much honey poured over it. OKAY. DONE HERE FOR NOW. Psychicmon can stay and practice being social gather information.
