[If you are strolling the streets of Vermillion city today and happen to be walking within hearing distance of the house he chose for himself, you will soon understand why he has chosen this particular place.

There is music coming from the open window.

It's pretty, and all, but really, he's been playing like this for several hours without stopping, someone should really distract him. His door is unlocked, you can probably barge in. Or poke your head through the window]

While this Touya didn't have a hat on, his hood was over his moppy brown hair. He was equipped with a thick branch delivered to him by a Luxray that he used to trace a large message into the sand.

'SEE WHAT I SEE'.

While there were happy people around joying the mild summer weather and the overall atompshere of a clean and lovely beach, he still felt pretty miserable and alone. For the past few days he felt nothing but dejavu and loneliness, and this was his cry of attention that may or may not be subtle. May or may not be successful.

etranger

So a few hours ago, a pair of friends ran into each other and got all caught up on the latest doings. That's fine, right? Of course it is. Happens all the time.

What happens less often: the two of them deciding to throw a town-wide pizza party to celebrate their reunion. Mako and Etranger managed to rustle up an old-fashioned wood-burning pizza oven, while Kotoha has so far managed to bake dozens of pizzas, which have been laid out on a long table in the middle of the street. A liberal application of Sunny Day has chased the clouds out of the sky, and there's several coolers filled with ice and drinks - MooMoo Milk being fairly predominant, but also Lemonades, Soda Pops, and Fresh Waters. Mako even rustled up a Vanilluxe to help her turn Kotoha's prodigious stores of Oran Berries and Honey into refreshing sorbet.

So what are you waiting for? Grab a seat at the table and have fun!

It starts with a bright light in the sky, almost as if a second sun has risen directly over the city. Floating down are multiple shining motes that are slightly hot to the touch and shimmer gently, forming a sparkling cloud.

Quite suddenly, multiple bolts of electricity radiate out from a central point above the bright light, forming a network of lightning that races across the sky before arrowing downwards to a single point, discharging itself in the ground with a blinding flash.

When it clears, there's a young girl standing just a few feet away from the site of the strike, arms outstretched as she strikes a dramatic pose, a massive six-winged moth floating gently beside her.

"Behold! Kotoha, the legendary heavenly genius, has arrived!"

As she drops the pose, a Magnezone slowly floats down from the skies above, side magnets spinning weakly.

"Nice job with the effects, you two! Okay, let's go get some lunch, huh?"

...what the hell was that all about?

[ There aren't many people out on the streets, if at all. It's very empty compared to what Bianca is used to back in Unova, where the cities are bustling with people going about their own business. Not only is this a foreign city of little to note other than its emptiness (and a ship), Bianca can hardly stand how eerie the place is.

Whoever's heard of a place for people without the people, anyway?

So of course she's going to do something about it. Namely, get out her ~~graffiti~~ art tools and start filling in the empty streets with faces of people whom she's met on her job.

All in all, she's painting the streets, quite literally, to fill up the space which people are failling to do. Tell her off? Watch from afar? Or join in? There are plenty of cans to go around, after all. ]

[Anyone and anymon with a sense of smell may notice a rather nice one coming from the direction of the Pokemon Center, or maybe they'll see the small crowd first...

It looks like someone got permission to put a long table full of food out in front of the center. It's got berry pies, berry cakes, berry juice, and even a few rare candies. Anyone who doesn't like berries is out of luck, but there's all kinds of treats for those who do. A card placed on the table says it's all free to be taken, and a young man with pink hair will be helping any younger kids or shorter 'mons get what they want.

A little group of people has gathered around to eat standing up or sitting in the Center's lobby. Come get a snack? And maybe introduce yourself to the other ~~(unfortunate)~~ people here?]
